Chicken Satay
serves 4
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenders
Bamboo skewers (soaked in cold water for about 2 hours)
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
3 tbsps white vinegar
Directions:
Season Chicken with BoCa Flavor Taíno Spice All Purpose Seasoning ❐, salt and vinegar, let sit for about 2 hours.
Thread 1 tender through each skewer. Baste with some oil. On a preheated grill, grill for about 2 minutes per side until fully cooked and the surface is nicely charred.
Placed on a serving dish, serve with Flavour De La Baye Chipotle Tamarind BBQ Sauce. Garnish as desired.
Note: Meat ingredients can be easily replaced with alternatives like shitake mushrooms, plant- based meats, fish, or tofu.
