Jerk Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
16 medium chicken wings (about 2 pounds)
3 tablespoons Flavour De La Baye Jerk Seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons salt
Directions:
Preheat the broiler.
Combine Flavour De La Baye Jerk Seasoning, olive oil and salt into a small bowl. Add chicken wings and mix well. Refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
Spray the broiler pan with a non-stick spray. Place seasoned chicken wings on the pan about 5 to 6 inches away from the heating element. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip the wings and then drain the drippings from the broiler pan into a bowl. Use a grill brush to baste the chicken wings with the drippings (use caution because the pan will be very hot).
Place the wings back into the broiler for another 8 to 10 minutes or until the chicken is tender and no longer pink. Re-baste the wings with the new drippings before serving.
Serve dipping sauce and accompaniments of your choice.
