Sorrel Mimosa

serves 8

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle (750 ml) of your favorite dry or medium champagne, chilled

• 3 cups Flavour De La Baye Sorrel

Directions:

1. Pour the chilled champagne into the flutes, filling each glass about half full.

2. Pour the champagne at a 45 degree angle to control some of the bubbles.

3. Pour the Flavour De La Baye Sorrel on top to fill each glass, stir well and serve.
