Sunburst Chop Salad
serves 6
Ingredients:
1 ½ pound white or green cabbage
½ pound red cabbage
½ cup each tri color peppers
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup packed fresh flat-leafed parsley leaves
¾ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Cut cabbage and peppers into thin shreds and chop parsley.
In a large bowl toss together cabbage, peppers, carrots, parsley, Flavour De La Baye Spicy Herb Vinaigrette, and salt to taste until combined.
Chill salad, covered, at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
